Power of Movement Camp, Health Matters, and Sensory Play Camp provide a supportive environment where children can engage in physical activity, build essential life skills, and gain confidence through interactive and adaptive activities.
Our newest program, Health Matters, focuses on promoting physical health and well-being, with customized modifications to meet the unique needs of each child. We are committed to ensuring that every child, regardless of ability, can thrive and experience the joy of movement and play in an inclusive setting.
Our trained staff also provide 1-on-1 support when needed, creating a safe, encouraging, and empowering space for all children.

OMG + Health Matters Program
12-week Exercise and Nutrition Health Education Program for People with Developmental Disabilities (IDD)
At OMG Youth Sports, we are excited to introduce our partnership with the Health Matters Program, a 12-week curriculum designed to empower individuals with developmental disabilities (IDD) to take charge of their health. This program provides comprehensive education on exercise, nutrition, and overall health. Delivered through in-person sessions and supported by home-based Google Classroom activities, participants will engage in three weekly lessons, each lasting 60 to 120 minutes. With a strong emphasis on human rights, diversity, and equality, the program encourages individuals with IDD to become active participants in their own health journey, with support from caregivers and their communities. By promoting independence, community engagement, and improved health outcomes, this program fosters a holistic approach to health and well-being for all.
Both children and adults may participate in the Health Matters program.
